Office Staff

Our busy school office is the heartbeat of St Gregory's and is staffed by two wonderfully friendly and approachable ladies: Mrs Debra Robinson, School Business Manager, and Mrs Helen Thomas, School Secretary.

Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Mrs Robinson has been part of the St Gregory's family for an incredible 24 years, starting her journey here as a Teaching Assistant before progressing to School Business Manager. If there's a problem to solve, chances are Debra has already solved it twice before!

Mrs Thomas joined us part-time and quickly became so indispensable that we were delighted when she joined us full-time. Rumour has it she walks more steps in a day than most marathon runners, dashing around school keeping everything running smoothly. As Finance Officer for ASC, Helen is also exceptionally good at tracking down outstanding payments. If you've forgotten to pay for something, don't worry... Helen probably knows before you do!

Whether you have questions about attendance, school meals, instrumental tuition, uniform, finance, trips, or just about anything else, Debra and Helen are always on hand to help. They do it all with efficiency, professionalism and, most importantly, a smile that makes everyone feel welcome.
