Today we made Egyptian-style bread. We worked in groups and everyone had their own roll to try. We had to take turns to mix and knead the dough. We worked as a team! We left the bread to rise for 2 hours- it had risen lots! We tasted our bread with some dips. They were a success as most people gave their bread a 7+ out of 10! We described our bread as fluffy, crumbly, crunchy, soft, floury and dry. It was delicious with the dips!
